Meet Jeremy

Jeremy Telford started his full-time career in real estate in 2005 as a Land Acquisition & Development Project Manager for Woodside Homes in Southern California.  

In 2009 he transitioned to the Boise, Idaho market and began buying distressed properties as the Founder and Manager of Arete Investments Group, LLC.  He has facilitated the acquisition, renovation and resale of dozens of residential projects and works comfortably in the entitlement and new construction markets as well.

He holds an MBA from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and is a recurring Guest Lecturer in the Real Estate Academy for Graduate Students studying real estate.In late 2013, Jeremy began offering his brokerage services to investment-minded buyers looking for a more educated approach to buying or selling homes in the Treasure Valley.

He is married to Trisha (Steelman) Telford and they are the proud parents of Lincoln, Landon, Haven & Evely.  They reside in Meridian, Idaho.
